Self Assessment Forms
Purpose
Assessment and feedback is necessary of HDC research contracts to ascertain the value of the work, allow for continuous improvement and ensure required follow up work is actioned.
To this end, Project Leaders are sent an electronic copy of a Self Assessment Form (see example below) for their specific project along with the with report reminder four weeks prior to a report due date. It is then the Project Leaders responsibility to ensure that these forms are completed correctly and returned with the relevant annual or final report to the HDC.
Once returned, the HDC Technical Manager in collaboration with the Project Co-ordinator is responsible for the completion of the 'HDC Use Only' section.
Fully completed Self Assessments Forms are then used in internal HDC project review meetings, distributed to the relevant Sector Panel members and sent to contractor account managers for liaison meetings.
